Champagne Tasting Evening

Richard Genfell-Hill of Justerini & Brooks brought bottles and bottles of Pommery Champagne to the Carlton Club for a tutored tasting. As with the last four events tickets sold out for this event in less than 48 hours and those that had managed to get their hands on one were not disappointed.

The tasting included Pommery Brut Royal, Springtime Rose, Summertime Blan de Blancs, Wintertime Blanc de Noirs and Vintage 1995 and was accompanied by smoked fish and strawberries.
