Seasonal grouse dinner

Oxford and Cambridge Club A good month into the shooting season, over 100 grouse were prepared in the finest style by chef Littlejohn at the Oxford & Cambridge Club - almost a Guinness record braker but not quite!
Guests were greeted in the chandeliered Smoking room with a glass of champagne, before being taken to the club's enormous Coffee room for a gastronomic feast.
After supper and a Royal toast, dinner goers then packed out the bar to keep the cold out with a couple for the road - a highly enjoyable autumn event for Inter-Club.
