"On Location with Phil Spencer"

'On Location', an evening talk by property developer and television presenter Phil Spencer hosted by the Royal Automobile Club, took Inter-Club into uncharted waters.

Entertaining, topical and insightful - Phil shared his appreciation for Sarah's beenies, explained how the programme had exposed a wanted fraudster and described how he had witnessed armed officers raid a crack-den, whilst trying to convince two nervous househunters that the area was definitely 'on the up'.

Such was the enthusiasm for this subject that the Q&A session ran into extra time and spilled over into drinks afterwards, which gave members and their guests the opportunity to share their property trials and tribulations with Phil.
