BBQ and Pimm's Party

Hosted by the Hurlingham ClubWith the English summer weather keeping us guessing until the day itself, the Hurlingham had to prepare both a wet and a dry weather plan. This was no easy task as we had 185 members and guests turning up to enjoy a glass or two of Pimms and a BBQ.

Hats off to the Heathcote Committee (the Younger member's Committee of the Hurlingham chaired by Rupert Dadak) and the Hurlingham staff for managing everything so well. Everyone was extremely impressed by the magnificent grounds of the Hurlingham Club and as we sat under the trees we enjoyed a delicious lunch and a short history of the Club delivered without a microphone by Rupert.
