The Inter-Club Christmas Ball

Hosted by the Royal Automobile Club

220 tickets for this incredible ball sold out in under two weeks. A champagne reception was followed by a delicious dinner of:

• Trio of Salmon Terrine with Wasabi

• Bacon Wrapped Tournedo of Angus Beef with Stilton Filled Portobello Mushroom, Port Jus, Braised Chestnuts, Fine Green Beans and Fondant Potato

• A Duet of Festive Desserts - Mini Christmas Pudding, Kirsch and Cherry Iced Parfait

• Coffee and Mince Pies

Balloons flew across the ball room and a magician entertained everyone before the dancing began. Those that were still standing retired to the Long Bar for a few more drinks and emerged into Pall Mall in the early hours.
